CHECK-IN POLICY: A $200 deposit is required on all reservations.   This is not a charge, but it does block this amount. Deposit serves as damage deposit, they are not applied to the balance due on your room. 

Long Term Rental require First and Last Month rental in advance.

Cancellations 2 Weeks in advance. 

$45.00 one time cleaning fee on all rentals.
