While Egypt might not come to mind when one
thinks of great golfing it should. In recent years new
courses have been completed by some of the worlds top
golf architects including Florida’s Sanford Associates, Gary
Player, Karl Litten and top European firms. These new
courses compliment the historic Mena House course, facing the
Pyramids and built in 1917 by
Englishman Roy Wilson. Avid players will experience a
variety of courses with tee offs in the morning coupled to
antiquity site tours in the
afternoon. These are full days of holiday excitement.
Where else in the world can you combine
perfect weather with 5000 years of human history in one
vacation! Plus you will play on two continents (Africa and
Asia) in one trip. This basic excursion puts you
on five different courses in various parts
of Egypt. Bring your own clubs or rent them.
You can extend your stay to enjoy options
like more golf, fishing, diving, Nile cruises, further
antiquity sightseeing or visits to Jordan and Israel.
Finally, the perfect reason to visit a place you have always
wanted to go!
