Parents are asked to notify the school nurse if students have particular health needs. In the case where a class adjustment needs to be made for reasons of health, or where a serious health problem exists, a physician’s letter is needed. This letter should be updated as change occurs and at the beginning of a new school year. The school nurse is available for health policy information.
