1. Pick up a copy of the Chamber of Commerce Travel Guide and send it to them (they may want to extend their visit) (or tell them about this internet site).
2. Tell them how pretty the sunsets are in West Texas and that you’re expecting the most beautiful ones to be on May 24th and 25th.
3. Send them a hotel reservation or an airline ticket.
4. Start a contest with your friends to see who can get the most friends and relatives to attend (that gives you and the attendees more incentive).
5. Offer to check on hotel accommodations or to put them up in your home.
6. Watch for airfare specials and keep them informed on the best time to buy tickets.
7. Check with friends or local relatives to help out for couple of days with lodging.
8. Be sure to send Christmas cards to everyone and remind them of your graduation so they might prepare.
9. Graduation invitations in the mail are terrific but personally call those you especially want to attend.
10. Last, but certainly not least, tell them how proud you are to be graduating and that you want to share it with them.
