Lubbock Independent School District provides a well-balanced curriculum and an effective delivery system of instruction to all students enrolled. All students will have the opportunity to participate in this curriculum and master, to the best of their abilities, the knowledge, skills and competencies established through the essential elements. For students with identified needs, at all levels of abiliy, modifications will be made in methodologies, pacing, and materials to ensure that instruction in the essential elements is delivered at an appropriate level.
