This is an accelerated opportunity that will solidify previous mathematical skills, develop abstract reasoning skills, use technology, and prepare students for Algebra and Geometry. Taught at all non-magnet junior highs in lieu of Mathematics 7. (3103000)

Honor courses offer more flexibility and greater acceleration of subject matter while adding additional curriculum demands to the essential elements required in Mathematics 7 AC. Taught at Cavazos and Dunbar in lieu of Mathematics 7. (3103000)

Mathematics 7 Pre-AP
Mathematics 7 Pre-AP is an intense study of self-motivated, self-disciplined students who desire to reach beyond the math 7 curriculum. Students pursuing college majors in areas such as engineering, science, math, or medicine that require a strong background ,would benefit from this introductory program. Taught at Hutchinson and O.L.
