The Loaded Pole is moored at The St. Andrews Marina. While now Panama City proper, Historic St Andrews was the first city to incorporate in Bay County. The Historic St Andrews district, which would make a fabulous Norman Rockwell Painting, has been beautifully restored and hosts fine restaurants and shops. The St Andrews Marina, which is the focal point of this district, was the first port in Bay County.
