Racewalking For Fitness-
Start and keep your New Year's resolution with Race Walking. Race walking is an easy and fun way to lose weight, increase muscle tone, release stress, and build your self-confidence.Jeff Key, walking instructor and racewalking competitior, will be the instructor. Tuesdays, January 16 & 30, 6-7:30 pm and Thursdays, February 15 & 29
Cost: $5 for Y-members and $8 for Non-members.
Yoga-
Create a strong and healthy body through stretching, strenghtening and breathing exercises. Yoga is designed as a health practice giving the body energy, a stronger immune system, healthier internal organs, and a strong and flexible spine. Yoga also helps to reverse the aging process. Yoga at the YWCA is strictly fitness. MW 6:40-7:40 pm SAT 12:30-1:30pm

Tai Chi and Qicong (Chi Kung)-
Slow, gentle, continuous movements provide the body with improved balance and control, increased cardiovascular fitness, and improved flexibility and agility. This is a relaxing class with limited physical exertion required. Instructor Paul Cheng has practiced Tai Chi for over 30 years and has in-depth teaching experience. All ages, male and female are welcome. MWF 8:45-9:45 am. Monthly cost is $32 for Y-members and $45 for Non-members.

Pre-Ballet and Tap-
An introduction to dance for 3 and 4 year olds. tuesday, 4:00-4:45 pm
Ballet/Tap/Jazz-
A taste of all of the styles of dance. Ages 5, 6, and 7. Tuesday 4:45-5:30pm
Jazz Class-
An excellent class for preparing for pom-pom squads. Many different styles of jazz dance throughout the year. Thursday, 4:00-4:45pm
Adult Dance- A variation on regular exercise classes. Any age!Stretch and workout while having fun to great music. Thursday, 4:45-5:30pm
Dance shoes required but you may wear any style of dance clothing
Weight Room
Equipped with Universal Toning Equipment, Rowing Machine, and Stationary Bike.
Women Only Class- TTH 6:30-7:30 pm.

Monday-Thursday: 5:45 am-9 pm
Friday: 5:45 am- 6:30 pm
Sat.: 8 am - 2 pm
Sun: 3 pm- 6 pm
Monthly pass (Members only)- $15
Individual pass - $2 Members

Minimum age is 15. Ages 15-17 must complete parental waiver.
