AERO-KIDS - Ages 6-9. Provides a transitional program which allows participants to be engaged in remembering choreography to songs and progresses toward instructor cued choreography. The variation provided developmentally appropriate activities and movements. Beginner to Intermediate Level Monday 6:00-6:30 p.m.
ROCK 'N FIT - Allows the participants to work out to instructor cued choreography with jammin' music! Ages 10-12 Intermediate Level Wednesday 5:30-6:15 p.m.
Parent Notice - If you are attending the land Aerobic class for adults at the same time that your child's aerobic class is scheduled, we will take and/or drop off your child at the nursery for the appropriate class time. This will allow you to enjoy your entire class.
1/2 AND 1/2 - Great combination class! Stretching,low impact aerobics, step, and toning-all in the same class! Beginner to intermediate level MWF 5:30-6:30 p.m.
STEP AND TONE - Burn the maximum amount of fat with varied bench moves to work every major muscle group. Be prepared to spend 1 hour and 15 minutes increasing your cardiovascular capacity and adding definition to your physique! Intermediate to Advanced Level MWTh 9:00-10:15 a.m. TTH 5:30-6:45 p.m.
HI-LO - It's finally here! A high intensity aerobic workout that stays on the floor with low impact moves. Yes, that's right - absolutely, positively no benches will be used in this class! Take the challenge and crosstrain today! Beginner to Advanced Level Friday 9:00-10:00 a.m. TuTh 7:30-8:30 p.m.
WOMEN & WEIGHTS - Women only. Learn how to use the equipment in the toning room to tone all those right spots. Interval training is used with low weights and high repetitions. Combine this with the aerobics workouts. Class meets in the weight room. Beginner to Advanced Levels TTh 6:30-7:30 p.m.
All Seniorcize classes are interchangeable. Feel free to come to Seniorcize I or Seniorcize II...or even come to both!
SENIORCIZE I - A specialized program designed to improve stamina, strength, and flexibility using low cardiovascular activity and toning exercises. Participants are carefully monitored regarding individual limitations. MWF 10:15-11:00 am
SENIORCIZE II - A program designed to intensify your level of cardiovascular activities and toning exercises while continuing to increase your stamina, strength, and flexibility. Intermediate Level MWF 9:30-10:15 am
